It was a great afternoon in our function room yesterday, where our Own Neil NELLY Davis took on Sam Green in a race to 18.
Despite getting off to a great start which seen Nelly pull 6-2 infront at the 1st break, Sam pulled to game back making it 8-8 at the second Break. From there on it was neck and neck to 14-14 without Nelly actually going behind once, Nelly then found his form again making it 17-14 and needing just one more win. Sam then pulled one back to 17-15, the final game was Sam’s break but it was stunning reverse dish from Nelly that sealed the victory.
