我們誠聘全/兼職有經驗的廚房工作者，或是對沒有經驗但對同類工作環境有興趣和有基本知識的人仕，提供培訓和指導，只要有認真肯吃苦肯學習我們都樂意教導。

工作范圍從一般的材料準備和清潔、擺盤，到食物烹調是乎個人的學習能力和經驗。
每周彈性工時由20～46小時不等，學徒起薪點£9.00/小時，然後視乎進度再去調整。有經驗人仕起薪會根據個人經驗來設定。
