Evolve at the Adam and Eve A coffee shop, meeting and events space in the heart of Digbeth We are a not for profit coffee shop and events space based in Digbeth, Birmingham.

We provide good, honest food using local and ethical suppliers. Our mission is to support local young people, who may have experienced barriers to employment, into work. We’ve currently got a team of 7 young people working in our stores, serving you stellar coffees and delicious lunch options - all whilst gaining employment, training opportunities and a fair wage.
