We’re excited to launch 𝗛𝘆𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘀 — a brand-new class designed to bridge the gap between traditional circuits and HYROX-style training! 💪🔥

Starting 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝟱:𝟭𝟱𝗽𝗺, Hybrid Circuits will replace our current Strength Development class and will focus on the movements, stations, and fitness demands commonly found in functional fitness events.

Expect:
🏃 Running-based conditioning
🚣 Erg and functional cardio work
🏋️ Strength and endurance challenges
🔥 High-energy circuit training
💥 A great introduction to HYROX-style fitness

Dylan will be taking the first session on Thursday 11th June, with Andrew leading the class from then on.

As part of our 10 Year Anniversary Celebrations on Saturday 27th June, we’re looking to work with some fantastic local businesses to help make the day extra special!

We are currently looking for:
🍕 Woodfired Pizza Vendor
🍦 Ice Cream Van
🛍️ 8–10 Stall Holders (arts, crafts, gifts, local businesses etc.)

Please note: we are not looking for cake or dessert stalls as these will be provided by our in-house café, Naked Bakes.
