Just a picture of carrots, courgettes and beans… so what?

Our (holiday activity and food) summer programme has been in full swing for the last 6 weeks... but we've been a bit sneaky! 🫢

We’ve been including ‘hidden veg’ into our freshly made sauces to boost protein and vitamins at family tea time! 😁

It’s estimated that more than 1.2 million UK children eligible for free term-time school meals lack continuous food support during the long summer break PLUS recent Government announcements that a further 0.5 million children will now qualify for free school meals.

Since school holidays started in July, our team has ‘cooked up change’ by providing over 2,250 free meals for children who usually receive free school lunches.

We're determined to shift the dial for families across Birmingham and reduce .
