Okay, okay we surrender!

We’ve spent the three months being stared down by disappointed regulars and receiving DMs that were—frankly—borderline threatening (lol)

​We tried to be "edgy." We tried to "evolve." We tried to give you seasonal greens when all you wanted was the glorious, carb-heavy embrace of beans and that delicious gochujang mayonnaise.

We’ve learned our lesson: don't fix what isn't broken.

We apologise from the bottom of our hearts and promise to never make such fool hardy decisions again.

Furthermore, to celebrate the eggy return, we will be running an offer from 9-11am, 7 min eggs and a drink for £10. New menu goes live tomorrow.

Eggs, House Beans and Banana Bread all coming home.

Last night's Valentine's meal was a real hoot.

It was lovely to see the room full to the brim, candles lit and drinks flowing.

Our next evening is on February 27th, for £30 per person we are serving whole roast Chickens with a big green salad, proper chips and gravy with half a bottle of Chin Chin per person thrown in for good measure.

We will be a few extra bits and bobs you can order on the night as well. I think I might make a nice trifle.

We love making things from scratch and always have plenty of fermented goodies on hand to help create new dishes. For this valentine's day we've put a few of these together alongside a couple of bits from our friends and and a freshly baked loaf that we will make with and plenty of grains and sweet malt.

Booking is advised but there may be some space for walk-ins. There will be a small kids menu as well so completely suitable for families. See you Sunday x
