We are looking to add a manager in our team who will oversee the business development and lead a team for a common goal
The Role of the restaurant manager will include
• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant front members and making sure the kitchen staffs are being trained properly.
• Monitor stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
• Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimise expenses and increase profit.
• Address customer needs, comments, and complaints professionally if needed.
• Adhere to and enforce employee compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Process payroll and maintain all relevant records.
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
About You:
You will be a great team player
Highly motivated with excellent organisation skill
Able to Lead a team
Experience in working in managing people
Salary: GBP 22000 to GBP 27000 Dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
