Super excited to introduce two new brews to our lineup: Pure Pilsner and Session IPA! 🍻 We’re all about that crisp, clean pilsner vibe and the hoppy goodness of a sessionable IPA. And as always, we’re proud to support our local suppliers to bring you the best quality ingredients. Cheers to new flavors and local love!

Purity Brewing Co.’s Pure Pilsner is a crisp and refreshing lager brewed in Warwickshire, England. It’s known for its clean, classic pilsner taste, using traditional brewing methods and high-quality ingredients. Expect a light golden color, subtle bitterness from Saaz hops, and a smooth, dry finish. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a traditional, easy-drinking pilsner! 🍻

Purity Brewing Co.’s Session IPA is a hoppy and flavorful beer, but with a lower alcohol content, making it very drinkable. Expect a light-bodied beer with citrus and floral hop aromas, balanced by a mild malt sweetness. It’s a great choice if you want the taste of an IPA without the higher alcohol. 🍻

International Women’s day.

At OTTO, we are a family and today, we celebrate our strong female leaders. From our FOH Girlies, Abi and Elena, and our BOH Queens, Romi and Sharna, to our General Manager Esther. We are forever proud of everything you achieve, not just at work, but outside of it too.

Despite 56% of all hospitality workers being women, they are disproportionately more likely to occupy the most junior roles in the kitchen (39%) than be a chef (17%), and they make up less than 40% of restaurant managers. (STARTLE)

Women in hospitality are often at the forefront of innovation and sustainability, Hospitality is powered by people – millions of individuals across the world working together to help guests to escape, rest, connect, and explore.  
A huge percentage of this global hospitality workforce is made up of women who are continuously increasing their influence and opportunities within hotels, F&B, leisure and beyond. In the UK, accommodation and food services is one of the top five sectors with the most women in employment, providing a better foundation than many industries for gender equality in the workplace.
