pan fried stone bass fillet- squash puree-roasted butternut-black olive tapenade.

We are delighted to announce we will be taking part on this years “Eat Spain, Drink Spain” event ! 🍷

So come join us from the 12th of September till the 28th of September!

Dish: Hispi cabbage with harissa mayo and cheese.
Drink: Sauvignon Blanc, Diez Siglos Rueda.

Pairing: The Diez Siglos Sauvignon Blanc from Rueda is bright and zesty, with high acidity, notes of citrus and green herbs, and a clean, mineral finish. The hispi cabbage brings sweetness and slight bitterness from charring, balanced by the umami richness of the cheese and the creamy, mildly spicy harissa mayo. The wine’s vibrant acidity cuts through the richness of the mayo and cheese, while its citrusy, herbal profile contrasts and lifts the smoky, spicy notes of the dish. The clean, mineral edge of the Sauvignon Blanc pairs particularly well with the charred cabbage, making the whole combination feel fresh, balanced and lively on the palate.

Price: £16.50 for the pairing.
