Ok this was long overdo. These are our first attempt at bagels with a twist. Look extraordinarily like scones, but looking forward to trying them. And no wheat or milk or any grains to be seen, as whatsoever! The only way is up The Paleo Cafe!!

Something is changing in the air, bees have sensed something and are out in numbers. Middle hive was a swarm I caught last year, and is doing well.

Our lovely local, floundationless (no chemicals) Sutton Coldfield, flowery honey is ready. We have a few jars left, so message us as soon as you can. 1lb jars are £9, 340g jars are £7.50. We expect to have more in a months time. So keep an eye out for our updates.

A community-based initiative, please give your feedback. ILM School is grouping our initiatives with local Muslim community organisations, Muslim Pages Sutton Coldfield and Paleo Cafe to help bring more community-based projects to help Muslims in Birmingham. Please look to help with your support (thumbs up), idea feedback, or general help, in getting Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield moving forward.
COVID-19 has brought us all to a standstill. Masjids are closed for prayer and keeping the community together. Social distancing has meant a lack of initiatives and local support for the elderly and Birmingham families. ILM and our partners are looking to get mobilised and do what we can. If your company needs help and promotion, please advertise with us. Help us come to help you, by offering our delivery services for Organic and healthy foods. If you have any community-based initiatives to help the general public, Muslim or non-Muslim, please let us know and we will look to mobilise what we can to help.
