Weekend Special is "Rojões á minhota"
Typically, recipes with pork are much appreciated in our country, this recipe of rojões is no exception!

Pork seasoned with delicious ingredients, fried in olive oil and garlic, served with fried potatoes, chouriço and rice.

If you want to travel from Bearwood to Porto come to Vaz Restaurant, this dish is an excellent option.

INFORMAÇÃO IMPORTANTE:

Acredito que por termos tido sucesso e termos um nome conhecido na nossa comunidade, exista alguma confusão na identificação do nosso estabelecimento e confusão em relação ao que faz parte da marca Vaz.

Como sabem o comercio Vaz era composto por dois estabelecimentos, Vaz Restaurant e Vaz Grocery, a Vaz Grocery ENCERROU em Março de 2023 (pelos motivos familiares que foram informados na altura) e atualmente só existe o Restaurante Vaz.

Temos tido muitas pessoas mesmo a confundir outros negócios com o nosso, chegando inclusive a escrever coisas na nossa pagina que nada tem a ver com a marca Vaz.

Relembro que não existe qualquer ligação entre o nome Vaz com qualquer outro comercio em Bearwood e que a Vaz Grocery já NÃO EXISTE!!!

Agradecemos todo o apoio que temos tido nestes 5 anos sem vocês não era possivel.
