Dear customer: Here is our usual random order of fried rice. Our pots and spoons are cooked over high fire to ensure that each portion of fried rice is hot and can be sterilized at high temperature. We cannot believe "There are any unknown creatures" in the fried rice.

Dear Customers,

We'd like to clarify the situation that let to one of our customers commenting on our food service publicly.

Firstly, we'd like to apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused on the 7th December 2024, where our deliveries were impacted hugely by Storm Darragh, many roads were blocked by trees and such. We managed our customer's orders and informed them of estimated delivery times but we understand how this will have majorly impacted many - again we apologise for this.

On another note, we'd like to address a public post on here, it has left a deep impression on our store's reputation as a result.

We've noticed that this week, a complaint was made:
"Do not order from Crystal Chinese!!! ...". Firstly, we'd like to address how we did not only offer "free egg fried rice" in compensation but a full £61.50 refund when requested. We would like to make it clear that the pictured comment is completely untrue however we it is meant to defame others and has caused a great impact on our reputation.
We hereby requesting this customer to delete the untruthful video immediately, declare that it is not true, and apologize to us in publicly. We reserve the right to take legal action on the matter.
