Ive been busy baking ready for tomorrow’s event in Redditch.

Kinder bronwies not like just any brownie, its a Bee gluten free 🐝. Gooeey chocolate brownie with kinder pieces throughout, with kinder on top and lashings of kinder chocolate..

🐝 A little weekend review… and WOW, what a brilliant weekend! ❤️

It was absolutely non-stop and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better weekend! 🥰

I did have to close the hatch for a couple of hours at one point — not because I’d had enough, but because I was that busy! 😂 I needed to get food prepared for later that evening and the following day, so I could keep up with the demand.

And this is something I really want my coeliac bees to know…

💛 I will always go above and beyond for a coeliac.

So, if you ever come across me at an event and my hatch is down, please don’t just walk away! 🐝

Pop your head around the side and come and ask me.

If I have the ingredients, the time and the ability to make something safely for you, I absolutely will. ❤️

I know how difficult it can be finding genuinely safe food when you're out and about, and I never want someone to miss out simply because my hatch is temporarily closed.

So remember, bees… hatch down doesn't always mean hive closed! 😂🐝

🐝 LAST-MINUTE BOOKING… AND A LITTLE CALL FOR HELP! 🐝

The lovely people at CIC Bound have been in touch with me after their original food supplier had to pull out of this Saturday’s event.

So, as a last-minute rescue mission, Bee Gluten Free is heading to Redditch! 🐝❤️

And it sounds like it’s going to be a brilliant day! 🎶🎤

There’ll be live music, karaoke, tombolas, craft stalls and plenty going on, all helping to raise money for CIC Bound.

And of course… I’ll be there bringing the food! 😋

The only shots I got from a FANTASTIC weekend ❤️🐝

I was absolutely flat out all weekend — and when I say flat out, I mean COMPLETE SELL OUT! 😍🙌

I can honestly say I absolutely LOOOOOOVED working here! ❤️

Meeting so many lovely people, feeding loads of coeliacs and gluten eaters (who even came back for more… always a good sign! 😂), and being part of such an amazing weekend was brilliant.

The creativity, effort and attention to detail that went into the whole weekend was genuinely inspiring. 🙌

The first few photos are of the incredible crew who took part in the full-on battles in armour… and let me tell you, that armour was HEAVY! 😳😂

I didn't actually get to see the battles because I was too busy feeding you all 🤣, but I heard SO much about them and how fantastic they were along with all other performers that where there on each day, there was even jousting! 🏰⚔️

Every single person I interacted with was so lovely and helpful, and you all helped make this such an enjoyable weekend for me.

Thank you to everyone who came to see me, grabbed some food, came back for seconds (or thirds 👀😂), and supported Bee Gluten Free.

I genuinely cannot wait to return… and I may already be counting down the days until next year! 🐝❤️
