This LGBTQ+ celebration is a chance to come together, connect, have fun and celebrate being ourselves in a safe and welcoming space.

The event is open to everyone who identifies as LGBTQ+ and to those who want to show their support, celebrate inclusion and stand alongside the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you’re part of the community or a proud supporter of equality and acceptance, you are warmly invited. 💜

Our amazing group got hands creating a fresh and vibrant Mexican black bean salad before finishing with colourful fruit kebabs and a delicious chocolate dipping sauce. 🍓🍫

What a lovely evening! 🍕🚆🎭

We started the night with pizza at Nightingales before catching the train over to the Everyman to see Jekyll & Hyde.

Safe to say it wasn’t quite what any of us were expecting! 😂 But we still had a really great night, and it was all the better because of the company.

It was so lovely to see such a great turnout and it was nice to get to know some new faces too.

Thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening such a good one. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon! ❤️

Hi everyone! 👋

Just a quick message for everyone who’s signed up for the Everyman Theatre trip tonight.

We’ll be meeting at Nightingales at 5:30pm, where we’ll be upstairs enjoying some pizza before we set off.

We’ll then catch the train into Liverpool, aiming to arrive at the theatre at around 7:10 to 7:15pm.

Really looking forward to seeing you all later and enjoying a great evening together!

Two of our Directors of Nightingales Recovery, Jai and Nikki had the greatest houner to be invited onto Leanne Campbell-power's podcast Ladies of Liverpool today. We were asked to showcase and raise awareness of all the amazing things Nightingales Recovery does on a daily basis to support our local community. Follow Leanne's podcast and listen out mid August.

If you didn’t already know, Claire is taking a well deserved break and will be away until 9th July. We hope she has a fantastic rest and look forward to welcoming her back soon. 💙

It would be wonderful to see some new faces! 😊 Whether you’ve read the whole book, just a few chapters, or haven’t had a chance to start it yet, you’re still very welcome. There’s absolutely no pressure to have finished the book. Come along for a friendly chat and see what it’s all about.

What a fantastic Friday night! 🇬🇷💙✨

With the weather turning up the temperature, it genuinely felt like we’d been whisked away to a little Greek island! ☀️🌊

A huge thank you to Alison for putting together an absolutely incredible Greek feast. The food was delicious, the company was wonderful and the ABBA soundtrack had everyone singing along. 🎶💃

We rounded off the evening with a quiz, plenty of laughs and another brilliant Nightingales social.

Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a special evening.

🎉 Friday Night Social – Mamma Mia Greek Night! 🇬🇷💃

Next Friday we’re turning the evening into a little slice of the Greek islands! Join us for a Mamma Mia themed Friday Night Social filled with sunshine vibes, music, laughter and plenty of fun.

We’ll have lots of tasty Greek food to enjoy 🍋🥙🍢
Fancy dress is very welcome if you feel like getting into the spirit, but absolutely not essential – come as you are and just enjoy the night.

There’ll be games, good company and plenty of chances to relax, chat and have a laugh together 🌿✨
