We collaborated on it with Chef from .

It's not for everyone.

It's for some of you who like to slow down and appreciate every single ingredient. Who love mushrooms, with their different textures and scents.

▫️ Pan-fried with garlic butter exotic mushrooms,
▫️ our house caramelised red onions,
▫️ creamy Taleggio D.O.P. cheese -
▫️ finished with roasted almonds
▫️ and grated Truffles

It's truly something special.

It's going live next week, limited availability only (about 15 pizzas per week) for a few weeks (before it ruins me financially😅)

I want to thank Tony and his wife Laura again for having me in their lovely restaurant, discussing different truffles, and cooking for me. I am humbled and immensely grateful. It was great to finally meet you (after so many orders you have from us)
Such cool, natural folks with tons of passion and love for hospitality and food🫶

Today we say goodbye to our first employee, Dan.
He's moving to his first home and getting a boring job in the lab because he studied chemistry or something😉 .
We met Dan in Woodside Ferry Village 3 years ago.
When we opened our shop on Oxton Road and got busier and busier day by day, he was our first call.
Dan has seen us grow from the beginning, helping us between his college classes, then uni.
But we have also seen him grow up, splitting up with his ex, doing his driving licence, smashing his exams, buying his first car, falling in love with Italian ingredients and his Italian second half, Emma🇮🇹
From helping us cut out pizzas and finishing them, to smashing up hundreds of pizzas and baking them on busy weekends, Dan never said no to us and never let us down💪
It was great to have you on board, boy!

What a week.
After few fantastic days at the New Brighton festival and weeks of planning and preparation we couldn't prepare and predict one thing; weather. Great sunny vibes on Thursday and Friday, Saturday was already though because of the winds.
Unfortunately it went worse on Sunday and health and safety officers has to cancel the final day.
Totaly understandable.

I don't want to go to full bitchin and crying, but most vendors are only make up some profit on last days, profit from first days are usually covering pitch fee, staff, ingredients etc.

So you can imagine how we feel after weeks of hard work with loads of stock left we prepare by hand from early morning. Vision of binning that stock as well left us totaly devastated.

And then it comes the greatest power of all. Love and support from local community❤️‍🔥
It's escalated so quickly, hundreds of shares, messages and phone that didn't stop ringing (sorry we have to turn it off on some point) overwhelmed us.
We quickly tried to get ready and organised for what's comming - large crowds and queues outside our small pizzeria 🫶
What a scenes. I have to hold down the tears at least few times 😅 Wee sold out that 300 balls in 2,5h and bake them 4 hours. Unreal. Sorry to everyone who pop in to help after and missed it.
You are amazing.
I want to thank everyone for every single share and message, I can't answer to all of them but seriously we sit down after all that madness, put the shutter down and read them. So much love.

I also want to thank my amazing team. Proud of you so much working so hard under the pressure with the smile on the face. Legends.
