We'll be open as usual from 6pm this Thursday, offering good food, drink, and company. Food served until 7.30pm and drinks to 9.15pm.

On Friday, we'll do it all again from 6pm to 10pm (food to 7.30pm).

On Saturday, we'll open the doors at 12pm, welcoming you in for food to 7.30pm and drinks to 10.15pm.

And, of course, on Sunday, we'll have our delicious roast dinners available from 12pm to 5.30pm. Then, with it being the first Sunday of the month, it'll be our 'Sing, Say & play' session from 7.30pm to 10pm. All welcome!

As always, we very strongly advise booking in advance to eat with us. Friday and Saturday are already very busy this week, and we're finding guests are booking 2-3 weeks in advance at least. So give us a call on 01629 650363 to book in.

We're open again from 6pm this evening,
Serving food until 7.45pm.

For the rest of the weekend...
Friday: Open 6pm to 10pm (food to 7.45pm)
Saturday: Open 12pm to 11pm (food to 7.45pm)
Sunday: 12pm to 8pm (food to 5.45pm)

We are already really busy for the next couple of weekends, so we strongly advise booking at least a week in advance, but preferably two weeks. We don't enjoy turning people away, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Call 01629 650363. If we don't answer during the days we're closed, please leave a message, and I will call you back. If we don't answer during evening service time and you're trying to book for that evening, we may not get to your message in time, so again, please try to book in advance.

Wow! What a weekend! We'd like to thank all of our wonderful customers for visiting us this weekend. We sincerely enjoyed serving/chatting/laughing with you all.

The atmosphere, friendships, shared experience, and feeling of real community are why we need little independent rural pubs like ours to survive.

Please support your little local pub, wherever you are, and consider signing the petition to lower VAT for hospitality

Thanks to our amazing chef Matteo, who works tirelessly both here at the pub and at his day job as a lecturer. Thanks also to Will, our hard-working kitchen assistant and right-hand man to Matteo. Also, thanks to our lovely Lili, serving you all front of house and adding her unique bubbly charm.

So, we're closed now until Thursday at 6pm.
