🥩 Head Butcher – Quex Barn, Birchington 🥩

We are looking for an experienced Head Butcher to join the team at Quex Barn.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage our busy farm shop butchery, working with whole carcasses, including beef and lamb reared on our own farm. You'll lead a small team, maintain high standards of quality and presentation, and play a key role in producing exceptional meat for our customers.

The role includes:

Managing the day-to-day running of the butchery
Traditional whole carcass butchery
Working with meat from our own farm
Leading and working alongside a friendly team
40–50 hours per week
Competitive salary

Experience is essential, with 5+ years of butchery experience preferred.

Start date is flexible.
