Just Eat strikes again

We pay to use Just Eat drivers. One driver took 2 orders and delivered them to the wrong customers. The customers very rightly requested a refund and received it. Sadly though it is us who now have to bear the brunt. We contested the refund with Just Eat and were told they would not be issuing us it. We are now severely out of pocket.
This is not the customers fault at all but we are now really looking at if we stay with Just Eat going forward.
It is not cost effective for us to employ our own driver so that's not an option.

If you can, please place your order via phone and collect it. You can pay via cash or card.
