The shift might end, but sometimes the pressure doesn’t.

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we’re reminding everyone that it’s okay to take time to switch off, to check in with the people around you and, importantly, to ask for support when you need it.

Whether you work behind the bar, are part of our pub teams, or you’re simply joining us for a pint, looking out for each other matters. 💚

👉 Check in on someone
👉 Listen without judgement
👉 Give yourself time to switch off
👉 Reach out if things are getting on top of you

Sometimes a simple “How are you doing?” can mean more than you realise.

If work is staying with you after your shift, support is available 24/7 through LTC – Licensed Trade Charity on 0808 801 0550.

You don’t have to deal with it alone. 💚
