It’s a delicious pot of indulgence ☺️ Chocolate sponge layered and topped with chocolate buttercream and topped with either chocolate curls or hundreds and thousands .
Available this weekend made fresh to order.

Can’t beat a yummy Victoria sponge with strawberry jam and fresh cream. Some people prefer buttercream instead of fresh cream and that’s fine, the question is…. jam on top or bottom? 🤔 I layer mine like a scone 😋 jam on bottom as it’s easier to spread cream on top of the jam . And with the cake the jam soaks into the sponge making it even more moist and delicious 😋

Blast from the past …So the latest trend is the viral dot cake. Vanilla sponge topped with buttercream and sprinkles. Like school sponge but buttercream instead of icing 👍 This was my version way back in 2014 😀 but with extra buttercream layers and coloured sponge as per a customers request. 😋
