• £5 per round or £10 for 10 minutes (pay on the day)

Calling all Working Equitation enthusiasts! 🐎✨

We’re excited to invite you to the Area 13 Introduction to Working Equitation Clinic on Sunday 4 October 2026 at Beech Farm, Wisborough Green.

Whether you’re new to Working Equitation or looking to sharpen your skills, this clinic is perfect for you. With 3 x1-hour sessions throughout the day, you can pick the time that suits you best.

📅 Date: Sunday 4 October 2026
⏰ Session times: 09:30-12:30 (three 1-hour slots) then 12:30-13:30 there is a 1hr practice session split into 15 minute slots.
💷 Entry Fee: £25 per session for Area 13 members & £30 for non-members. For the 15 minute slots it is £15 for members & £30 for non-members.
📍 Location: Beech Farm Equestrian & Camping, Roundstreet Common, Wisborough Green, Billingshurst RH14 0AN

What a fantastic weekend for our 80 Horse Trials team at the National Championships at Swalcliffe! 🐴🏆

A huge well done to Fenella, Isobel, Victoria and Yolande, who represented our riding club so brilliantly.

Saturday saw all four riders complete their dressage and show jumping phases with fantastic results. Every combination jumped a clear round, backed up by some excellent dressage scores, leaving the team in an amazing 3rd place overnight! 🎉 The weather couldn’t have been kinder either, with sunshine, a refreshing breeze on top of the hill, and a lovely evening spent sharing food before camping in horseboxes and trailers.

After a long wait for cross-country times on Sunday, the team tackled the challenging Swalcliffe course. While the fences looked inviting, the demanding hills meant fitness was key for both horse and rider. The tough time allowed meant the team slipped down the leaderboard, but every rider finished the course—and that is a fantastic achievement in itself.

We are incredibly proud of all four riders for their determination, teamwork and sportsmanship. Reaching the National Championships is an achievement, and completing such a demanding event is something to celebrate. Most importantly, everyone had a brilliant weekend making memories together.

Congratulations to our team—you did the club proud! 💜🐎👏

A great start to our annual summer camp today at Petworth XC Schooling course. Very warm but a really good breeze so everyone very happy. Here we have the lovely grey mare Jenny making use of the weighbridge and Top Spec equine nutritionist Emma.
