We are very excited for our Birthday Bash tomorrow!
As well as our birthday beer, Brolly have brewed a very exciting collab with Amberley Museum to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Signal Box 150! (Which can be seen in all its glory at the museum itself)

Digging up a recipe from 1876, this is an old school English IPA with character!

A rich malty backbone gives way to nutty caramel with a slight hop finish

We are incredibly proud to be in Billingshurst and celebrate all the local history that we are surrounded by!

We went down to Brolly Brewing to brew our yearly birthday brew! Will be on tap this weekend for the birthday celebrations.

Brewing maestro Ethan has come up with an absolutely cracking new juicy banger, 'Saving Billi'. A 6% Neipa featuring Chris' choice of hops: Citra, Simcoe, Nectaron and Mosaic. Think sweet tropical fruits like mango and papaya with limey citrus and a soft pillowy body.

Ethan will be leaving brolly soon to start his own brewery, so this is a great chance to see what will be producing! Be sure to follow them as they will definitely be on our taps soon! 🍻
