We decided to start this new venture when we realised how much we love what we do, and we wanted to share this with everyone in Billingham and further afield. We spent a lot of time finding the right location and when a property on station road Billingham became available we knew it would be a perfect start. We transformed an old takeaway and made what we think is a warm, cosy and comfortable bistro, so please come along and let us know what you think!

And just like that our amazing holiday is over (in the blink of an eye 🙈) and we are back open today as normal with our usual opening hours 🥰 thank you so much for your patience whilst we’ve been closed, everyone needs a break, especially restaurant owners these days 😭🤣. Our menus & opening hours are on our website, that’s also where you need to book a table (bookings open up two months in advance) & gift vouchers can be bought from the bistro during opening hours (all of this information & more can be found on our website as well guys, no need to email us over these questions, just look online) We are really are looking forward to welcoming everyone back 🥰

It’s looking to be a very hot night in the bistro tonight, whatever the temperature is outside it will be hotter than that inside & even hotter for our staff working in that heat 🥵 so whilst we are stilll open as normal tonight (we are closed Friday & Saturday, nothing to do with weather, this was pre planned) we will be slowing things right down & if our staff need regular breaks - in particularly Ian Atkin (he won’t be looking as happy tonight as he is on that photo I can tell you that for certain 🤣) who is wedged between a gas oven & a hot plate for 6 hours 🙈 they will be getting them! Our customers are always our priority but on nights like tonight our staffs wellbeing is also a high priority! So come along relax, enjoy your food & drink but please be understanding of us possibly needing to take things slower - oh& please stop telling us it’s warm in here, we know 🤣🙈🙌🏻🥵

We have FOUR new tapas dates up on our website, they are all on Tuesday nights with the first one being next week (yes this is very last minute so please help us fill up 🥰🤞🏻🙏). Tables must be booked on our website. Above is a sample menu so anyone who hasn’t been before can get an idea of what we do, it’s £35 per person for 4 dishes & a drink!

We’ve just had a wonderful week off driving the NC500 in our campervan which was absolutely amazing ❤️ thank you for being so patient with us when we close, it’s the only way we can spend time together as a family so we really do appreciate everyone’s understanding. We are back open from tomorrow with our normal opening hours & tomorrow night (Wednesday) is looking extremely quiet so if you fancy a last minute meal out we have tables free - just book directly on our website 😊
