ALL GOOD THINGS// come to those who wait, or to those who stamp their feet and just say no ☺️ Read to the end for this part.
🔥We are very nearly there, with just landscaping and final additions to the bar to go. This was taken a few weeks back, but gives you an idea of the scale of the build and where the barn is situated.
Fun fact, the original design was all done and approved, but I didn’t like it and it wasn’t big enough, so, with the help of some wise old owls who whispered in Andrews’ ear, the barn became bigger and prettier than originally designed and a whole new round of planning permission began again.
It feels very much like the story of the tortoise and the hare, to those who have believed in us from the start, thank you, and to those who lost interest as we weren’t a quick grow, you have missed out on our phenomenal journey.
✨We are slow but steady, substance over stuff, with a great team forging ahead.
This week has felt long, tiring and a little emotional, but we are so very nearly there, just one final push and we will be over the finish line (or until we start in the new kitchen design 😅)
A huge thank you to all the trades people for pushing to get us ready, and to Andrew who has constantly been beavering away to make it all happen behind the scenes.
