🎉🧠 What a fantastic night at The Wheatsheaf Pub Quiz! 🧠🎉

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the return of Quiz Night such a brilliant evening after our summer World Cup break.

We welcomed 7 teams, had plenty of laughs, some seriously impressive general knowledge, and together raised £50 for charity! ❤️

🏆 Congratulations to our winners, The Fact B**tards 👏 They have chosen to donate the proceeds to Embrace Charity , a fantastic local charity supporting children with disabilities. A wonderful choice! 💙

Thank you to everyone who took part, supported the quiz, and helped raise money for a great cause. We really appreciate it, and we hope you all had as much fun as we did.

📅 The next Wheatsheaf Pub Quiz is on Tuesday 25th August, so get your teams together and we'll see you there.

P.S Quiz Master Andy should stick to reading the questions, and, perhaps leave the photography to someone else! ✊️😂

Unfortunately due to the weather we have decided to cancel this event. We have been speaking with the band and are looking at other available dates coming up. When we have one in the diary we will update everyone and look forward to seeing you all. Thanks

A super close finish at this week’s quiz! 👀

We ended up with a tie-breaker between Peter and The Disciples and Alice and her Acolytes. The decider? Three darts each for the highest score 🎯
In a nail-biting finish, Alice and her Acolytes just edged it and took the win! 🏆

They’ve earned themselves a round of drinks 🍻 and the honour of choosing which charity benefits from the money raised — they picked Mind, a fantastic cause 💙
