Two more boxes crossed the Scottish Border this weekend to be enjoyed in the English sun.
Bespoke boxes were to be filled with friendly mild cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, olives and cornichons. Scotch Eggs and hog roast mini pork pies were requested to fill out the box picnic style.

Gorgeous caravan set up with wine, grazing boxes, added crackers, nuts and crisps prepared to entertain all guests.

Is there anything better than sitting in a hot tub, sipping wine, eating a delicious cheese and charcuterie board with a view of the rolling hills of the Lake District, Cumbria.
My boxes are made for travel in mind to take on your adventures. The crackers are placed on the side in their original packaging ensuring they remain perfect and crunchy.

This box was filled with the customers favourite cheeses amongst them award winning cheeses from Erringtons.

Had the absolute pleasure of catering for a 40th Birthday Party this weekend.
A beautifully styled buffet spread set along a long rustic wooden table whilst adding on baskets, bowls, flowers for an elevated look. We added wicker picnic baskets used as risers to create height and visual interest.
The combination of vibrant flowers, abundant fresh produce, and carefully arranged platters creates a welcoming, luxurious grazing-table style buffet.

The food was beautifully presented in a relaxed style allowing guests to graze.
✨Sandwiches with a range of fillings
✨Chicken Caesar Salad with homemade croutons
✨Homemade sausage rolls, scotch eggs and mini pork pies
✨Asparagus & Spinach Quiche
✨Potato salad
✨Large grazing selection with cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, crackers, dips, veg, and fruit
✨Kids grazing selection
✨Lemoncurd Cheesecake
✨Pavlova with mixed fruit

Nibbles for your guests sorted.
This weekend was the Biggar Show and if you’re having guests over how better to entertain than a large Scottish cheese box.

The box was filled with Scottish Cheese’s such as Lanark Blue, Elrick Log, Isle of Mull and Clava Brie.
Charcuterie was Venison and pork Salami , Italian Salami.
Extras were cornichons, olives, dried apricots, tomatoes, grapes and strawberries.

Teacher Appreciation Lunch
Thank you to all teachers , teaching assistants, support staff and everyone included in the care of our kids.
Your patience, kindness and support is much appreciated and I hope you have a relaxing well deserved rest over the summer.

An adult grazing lunch box filled with cheese, charcuterie, fruit, dips and crudities. A bread basket filled with baguettes, sourdough loaf and crackers.
To finish a delicious creamy Lemoncurd cheesecake.

Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary
This box was bought for a surprise trip to the Lake District for their 10th wedding Anniversary.
Such a wonderful, loving couple who deserve all the happiness in the world 💜

Cheeses were Elrick log , Clava Brie, Isle of Mull and my last piece of Cashel Blue.
Due to knowing Allergies and the people who were eating it I added some macarons for a little extra.

Wine was also gifted due to them being my very good friends.

The logistics of catering this event was beyond belief.
My first plan was to outsource the cupcakes to a local baker who has her own cafe and bakery company
The cupcakes were perfect and exactly to the theme. Whilst the kids were at swimming lessons then dropped at granny’s I got the car loaded up with the food.
I was invited to attend as a guest to celebrate my girl’s birthday celebration prior to being the caterer.
Headed to Edinburgh but needed to store my food in a refrigerator for a couple of hours. The hero of the story is who very kindly agreed to keep my food in their walk in refrigerator.

So had booked my make up at 15:30 by for a little treat. She has just started her exciting new venture as a MUA and had an introductory offer. So wanting to support her i kept the appointment made it work.
A quick outfit change in where Ruth was hiring her space. Nipped into a taxi back to the Olive branch for a pit stop with Prosecco and tapas style plates. 3 plates for £30.

Back in a taxi up to the Dragonfly in the Grassmarket to start setting up for the party.

Done and wine in hand.
