Following a post on Westward Ho! Community page today, I would just like to advise our customers that we do not fry in Beef Dripping as stated in one of the comments. Our frying medium is Vegetable based and has been since 2017, just to avoid any concern or confusion. Unfortunately, commenting was turned off so I am unable to respond directly to the poster. I hope this clarifies the situation.

Hi everyone
I thought I would let you all know about my predicament. On July 9th during my supplies delivery, I tripped and fell outside the shop, dislocating my shoulder and breaking my left arm. As you know, this has severely impacted my ability to work, hence our temporary closure.
Under normal circumstances either of these injuries would be challenging, but together are a whole new dimension according to the Physiotherapist.
Due to my continued lack of mobility I have no option but to have 2 more weeks off to enable healing.
It could not have happened at a worse time, when you all have friends and family who come to visit through the holidays, but I just wanted to thank you all for your support and look forward to seeing everyone again as soon as possible. Watch this space, I'll be back!
