Not just another burger. 🍔

We believe that if you’re going to use exceptional produce, you should respect all of it.

Our Wagyu comes to us as a whole carcass, and our chefs work to make sure each and every cut has a purpose.

One of the results - a proper Wagyu burger, made the Muddy Duck way. Big flavour, nothing wasted and only available at lunchtime.

From Thursday 13th August, The Muddy Duck will be opening every Thursday for lunch and dinner, giving you one more day each week to enjoy your favourite dishes, cocktails and garden (when the British weather behaves!).

The response since opening has been incredible, and thanks to your amazing support, we’re ready to welcome you for even more unforgettable lunches, relaxed evenings and weekends that start a day earlier.

Here’s to Thursdays becoming the new Fridays. 🍸✨

Izzy joined us just a couple of months ago and from day one she’s embraced everything that makes The Muddy Duck special. Learning our Japanese-inspired menu takes dedication, passion and attention to detail, and
she now talks about our food with genuine pride and it shows in the service she gives every guest.
