Last few tickets remaining!!!

We are super excited to say that our next POP? Event on Friday July 28th is almost sold out…we only have four tickets left, so if you are wondering what we’re all about and why it’s so hard to get a table with us, then drop an email to [email protected] and snap up the last few places.

I am beyond excited to share the latest POP? menu!

The team and I are really excited by this one and as always, it’s full of little surprises and lots of flavour!

We will be taking over the kingsmere community centre on Friday 28th July and hope to see you all there…

Possibly the most popular dish from Friday’s POP? event was this nostalgic take on a British classic.

Cornish hake slowly roasted in plenty of butter and lemon with a classic ‘pommes pont neuf’ (named after the oldest standing bridge over the Seine), a curry sauce inspired by a flavour we all know and remember, some lightly pickled fennel to cut through the richness of it all and of course some proper batter scraps (or ‘bits’ / ‘gribbles’ / ‘dubs’ depending on your region).

It’s another dish that we feel encapsulates the POP? ethos, it’s familiarity but not quite as you know. It’s nostalgic yet modern, it’s playful but still maintains the flavours and soul of its inspiration.

A huge thank you to everyone that came out and helped sell out yet another fabulous POP? event on Friday night!

The team and I had an absolute blast hosting our wonderful guests and serving up another micro seasonal, 10 course menu.

With the hot weather at the moment, we couldn’t help but to think back to this absolute belter from last months menu.

Oxford blue ice cream, picked walnuts, poached pear, pear consommé, celery and oxalis

Delicately walking the line between savoury and sweet and used as a bridge course into the dessert section of our menu.

We feel this dish really sums up what POP? is all about, it’s flavours you may recognise but served with playfulness and fun.

I am beyond excited to announce that our next POP? event will be taking place on Friday the 30th June.

We will once again be at the Kingsmere Community Centre from 7.30pm, and as always it’s BYOB!

Like all POP? events, bookings are very limited (only 20 tickets) so don’t put it off if you want to experience POP? and our own take on “fun-dining”…

On a a personal note, I’m immensely excited to be cooking next months menu as it pretty much encapsulates absolutely everything that is amazing about this time of year…local strawberries, wild rabbit, fresh peas, homegrown gooseberries, stunning trout and of course Isle of Wight tomatoes. Honestly, I couldn’t be any happier with what we have created for everyone to experience.

We can’t wait to welcome back many of our regular guests and hopefully meet some new folks as well.

Bicester … We’re back!

We are thrilled to announce that our next underground restaurant experience will be on Friday 28th April at Kingsmere Community Centre.

Tickets are priced at £65 per person and are on sale now. To book a space drop us an email to:

We are really excited by this menu as Spring will be here and it’s chocked full of fantastic new season ingredients…asparagus, lamb, wild garlic and some stunning Scottish langoustines. What’s not to like!?

*STAFF WANTED*

Unfortunately we have had a last minute hiccup and are on the look out for a fantastic human to help us out tomorrow (Friday 17th March) night.

We’ll be at kingsmere community centre and you’ll be working with our friendly and fun team.

£15 per hour / 18.45-23.00 (ish). Some Hospitality experience would be useful but not essential, just a positive, friendly and upbeat attitude above all else.

*MENU RELEASE*

Here is the menu for March’s POP? event at Kingsmere Community Centre, Bicester.

We are all super excited by this menu (especially the rhubarb and custard dish, because who doesn’t love rhubarb and custard right!?) and can’t wait to be cooking it for our guests in a few weeks.

We are super excited to announce that our next pop up evening at Kingsmere Community Centre will be on Friday March 17th!

Tickets are on sale now and are £60 for 10 courses…and have already started selling quickly to our pre sale list. So if you’d like to join us drop us an email to:

“Wall to wall and we’re SOLD OUT”

February’s POP? is another sellout for us. Thank you so much to everyone who has booked with us and continued to support us, we know it’s tough at the moment but so glad we can be hosting another evening of fun dining here in Bicester. We look forward to welcoming everyone next week.

To those that didn’t manage to get tickets this time, please keep your eyes peeled as we have our next date and menu ready to release soon.
