I just devoured the most authentic Caribbean meal I’ve had I'm still thinking about it. Pictured here are two absolute knockouts: the Jerk Chicken and the Brown Stew Chicken.
The jerk chicken was smoky, charred to perfection, and had a spice level that was just right—a slow burn that kept me wanting more. The brown stew was rich, tender, and the gravy was so good I almost licked the plate clean. Both were perfectly complemented by fluffy rice a fresh side of coleslaw the nicest home made coleslaw, I could eat on its own so tasty I can’t stop going back 😋🤗
