We opened our first Chucky’s Baristro coffee shop in 2020.

Since then, coffee has taken us on a much bigger journey than we ever expected. We’ve learned a lot, we’ve made mistakes, we’ve improved and we’re still learning every single day. Along the way, we’ve also had the opportunity to share what we’ve learned with others.

For us, specialty coffee has never been just about making a pretty cup or pouring beautiful latte art.

Of course, presentation matters. But some of the most important work happens where the customer doesn’t always see it understanding the coffee, where it comes from, how it’s roasted, how it’s extracted, and how all those small decisions change what finally ends up in the cup.

There’s a whole story behind every coffee we serve.

Six years later, we’re still learning, still experimenting, still improving and still genuinely excited about coffee.

We work directly with farmers, pay for quality, and spend countless hours tasting, testing and learning. Not because we have to… because we genuinely love coffee.
