Hello 👋🏻

I’ve been awfully quiet for a change! (well on social media anyway 😆). The biggest reason being it’s been sooooooooooooo busy here at the tearoom!!!

Everyday we are running out of our goodies for us to prepare more the following day for it to be gone again the next! By no means this is a complaint it’s an absolute thank you for you choosing to support us!

I’d like to praise my amazing team behind me - Kerriann and Maisie who have been working in such intense heat. Our tearoom inside is 7 degrees hotter than it is outside so we are working in conditions we’ve never experienced before (and wowzers don’t we know it 🥵!!) for a small tearoom we try do our best with the room we have.

We have some fantastic goodies coming in for the cherry festival weekend at the museum and I’ll be letting you know all about those soon!

And finally this Saturday 18th July from 3pm, we are thrilled to be part of the launch party for Botanic Hair Salon our new neighbour Cassie and the team have created a special welcoming salon - you must come along and see for yourself! Everyone is welcome 🤗

💚 A Little Note from Me… 💚

I’m so sorry, but Tearoom Bliss will be closed tomorrow (Sunday 5th July).

This isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly, but I’m taking the opportunity to go and watch my two daughters compete in an Irish Dance Feis.

As many of you know, running a small business means I sadly miss so many of their weekend competitions. They were even competing in Ireland last weekend, and I couldn’t be there. As this competition is here in the Midlands, I really don’t want to miss the chance to cheer them on and support them.

I hope you won’t think too badly of me for taking a day to be “just Mum.” 💕
Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support—it really does mean the world to me.
We’ll be back open as normal on Monday from 10:00am, and I look forward to welcoming you all then.

We have two very special occasions coming up!

📆 Saturday 11th July … Foxs Border Morris brings to the Tearoom… Skulfest 💃 🕺 showcasing dancing around different locations around Bewdley we have been chosen to host some of the fabulous dancers! We hope you can come along to watch & enjoy ☺️

We’ve had some great feedback on our scones this week 🙌🏻

We have some exciting new flavours up and coming and we can clearly say from the weekend that Peach Melba 🍑 was a clear favourite 🤩

We serve all our homemade scones warmed, a choice of jams, clotted cream or butter (or both! No judgements here!) and for savoury options cream cheese or butter & chutney. Beautifully presented and to be enjoyed in our beautiful courtyard garden 🤗

Firstly a chance to say many thanks to everyone who came to us over the weekend after we got over the heat wave 🌞…. It was so lovely to see everyone and even more lovely to see some of our four legged friends too we had missed seeing our waggly tailed happy faces 🐶

A massive round of applause for everyone’s efforts for the carnival 🎪 a remarkable turnout.
