starter
1- soup of the day ,home made soup served with fresh bread
2-Highland smoked salmon, salmon mouse with a soft mustard and dill centre ,wrapped in smoked salmon and served with a salad garnish and brown bread
3- Grilled Halloumi, served on a rocket leaves with a balsamic dressing.
4- King Prawn filo ,served with salad garnish and a garlic mayonnaise.
5- Melon,Avocado and Orange salad, a light mixture of melon ,avocado and orange ,served with a red wine and honey dressing.
Mains
1- Salmon steak ,grilled salmon steak ,served on fresh asparagus and topped with hollandaise sause.
2- Duck breast, serevd on butternut squash with port ,blackcurrant and orange sauce.
3- Sirloin steak Diane, cooked to your liking with a Diane sauce(onions,mushrooms, french mustard,tomato, brandy,demi glaze and cream)
4- Vegetable stroganoff, seasonal vegetable in stroganoff sauce.
5- Ravioli ,fresh pasta parcels filled with lobster meat in a sauce of spinach, tomato,cream and garlic.
6- Chicken breast, cooked with a sauce of asparagus, prawns, tomato and cream.

1-Bombe Bianco, dairy ice cream rippled with chocolate sauce in a white chocolate coating.

3- Tiramisu con savoiardo ,soft sponge base with a layer of mascarpone cream, decorated with coffee soaked finger biscuits and dusted with cocoa powder
4- Torta Amaretto, Layers of liqueur soaked sponge filled with cream . decorated with crushed macaroons, topped with chantilly cream and whole amaretti.
