You might recognise two thirds of the trio already. ๐๐ž๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐š ๐„๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ก๐ฌ & ๐“๐ก๐ž๐จ ๐๐š๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ซ๐ joined us back in July as ๐‘๐š๐ข๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐ง๐ข๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ, and this time they return alongside ๐ƒ๐จ๐ง๐ง๐ฒ ๐Œ๐œ๐„๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ญ as international Americana and bluegrass trio Good Guy Hank.

Formed after a spontaneous jam at Dunkeldโ€™s legendary music pub ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐“๐š๐ฒ๐›๐š๐ง๐ค in 2019, the trio brings together musicians from Scotland and Melbourne, Australia, bonded by a shared love of classic country, bluegrass and roots songwriting.

Expect ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐ž๐ž-๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, ๐Ÿ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ๐ž, ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐›๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ, with influences stretching from Hank Williams and Bill Monroe through to Lucinda Williams and Drive-By Truckers.

And, as one member has the pleasure of catching ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐ซ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐›๐š๐œ๐ค ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ ๐ก, weโ€™re kicking things off slightly earlier than usual this Saturday.

๐ŸŽถ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ This Friday 28th August weโ€™re delighted to welcome Seattleโ€™s Massy Ferguson to Repas7 By Night for their first ever visit to the venue whilst on a UK tour and even better they will be joined by ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ special guest Ben Jordan who weโ€™ve loved hosting in the past.

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Massy Ferguson have spent nearly two decades carving out their own blend of Americana, alt-country, roots rock and straight-up rock โ€™nโ€™ roll, building a reputation as a formidable live band through shows across the US and around the world.

Fronted by Ethan Anderson, their music pairs driving guitars with the storytelling, blue-collar poetry of classic American roots music. Theโ€™ve been said to have touches of Springsteen, Tom Petty, Steve Earle, Whiskeytown and The Jayhawks, while very much sounding like a band whoโ€™ve developed their own identity over seven albums.

Joining them on the night is special guest Ben Jordan, returning to West Street after a couple of previous appearances here and making this a pretty special transatlantic Friday night.

If Americana, country-rock, big guitars and great songwriting are your thing, this is one not to miss.

If you want to see them a little closer up (although itโ€™s unlikely the spotlights will be on) then we suggest being here!

This one could also be a little bittersweet, as it may well be ๐‹๐จ๐ฏ๐š๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ ๐ข๐  ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฎ๐ฌ for the foreseeable future. One of our favourite humans and a familiar face here over the years in many iterations as a multi instrumentalist , if it does turn out to be his last Repas7 appearance for a while, weโ€™d like to make sure itโ€™s a good one.

Now based in the ๐’๐œ๐จ๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, Miwa and Jenny come together as a ๐›๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐๐ฎ๐จ, weaving guitars, piano, shruti box and rich harmonies into a shared repertoire shaped by their Australian, Scottish and Japanese backgrounds, with plenty of warmth, humour, grit & heart!

๐…๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ, now the dust has settled we want to say a ๐ฆ๐š๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ค ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ and well done to everyone involved in the ๐…๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐„๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฐ๐ข๐œ๐ค ๐…๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ž, and a massive pat on the back to Darren Holleywell and Amped Berwick C.I.C. ๐ŸŽถ Weโ€™re delighted that this Saturday the 8th August local favourite acoustic covers duo Heyzeus return for another great night of popular covers for a cover lover!

Last seen here in April and fresh from their Alps residency, one of Berwickโ€™s most recognisable exports and will showcase their rock & pop repertoire, whilst simultaneously entertaining their slick, guitar and drum expertise.

Itโ€™s always a good, and busy night, so we highly suggest booking if youโ€™d like to enjoy a seatโ€ฆ but weโ€™re always open to those that just want to pop in for a couple at the bar.

This time they return with a new addition to the lineup. Dominika โ€œDomiโ€ Czerniga joins the band on bass and vocals, bringing an extra dimension to their already captivating sound.

Blending Samba, Latin, neo-soul, Bossa Nova and jazz, Fingertraps create a rich mix of soulful originals, intricate rhythms and feel-good energy. Featuring Xabier Villares on drums, Mateo Tessore on guitar, Joan on piano and vocals, and now Domi on bass and vocals, the quartet have quickly become one of our favourite returning acts.

is an independent, UK-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose work is widely categorised as progressive folk music. Based in of Berwick, he is known for combining traditional folk instrumentation with modern, highly atmospheric singer-songwriter arrangements.

8PM โ€“ Jonah Birkett
Jonah Birkett is no stranger to the venue in the last few years a fantastic singer/songwriter based in central Scotland who predominantly grew up in the Scottish Borders. He is best Known for his intimate, authentic, and emotionally raw storytelling style, his music frequently blends acoustic melodies, rich harmonies, and โ€œtherapy session styleโ€ lyrics.

9PMโ€“ Oran Ra
Are four-piece Celtic folk-rock band from Scotland, UK, consisting of members Michael Marra, Daniel Marra, Cameron Hamilton, and Nathan Coats. They fuse traditional folk roots with a contemporary rock edge, drawing sonic comparisons to classic rock bands like The Rolling Stones and The Faces. Weโ€™re so excited to welcome them back!!
