A little October update 🍂

Throughout October, we’ll be taking a break from our Saturday evening tapas service at Faire @ 190.

We’ll still be here as usual during the day on Saturdays, 8am–4pm, serving breakfast, lunch, freshly baked treats and all your Faire favourites.

Our Thursday & Friday tapas evenings will continue as usual, 6–10pm, so there are still plenty of opportunities to join us for small plates, artisan breads, w**e and a relaxed evening at Faire. 🍷

You can definitely feel the seasons beginning to shift… even if the weather hasn’t quite got the memo yet. 🍂☀️

As we move into autumn, our menu is slowly changing with it — welcoming richer, warmer flavours while still keeping things fresh and vibrant.

New on the salad counter:
Spiced baked acorn squash with roasted buckwheat tabbouleh, finished with saffron aioli and a little kick of sriracha. 🌶️

Did you know… we do evenings too? 🌙🍷

Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, Faire @ 190 stays open from 6–10pm, serving up our tapas-style evening menu.

Think freshly prepared Mediterranean-inspired small plates, freshly baked artisan breads, great w**es, local craft beers and a relaxed evening atmosphere.

From chicken souvlaki and spiced lamb koftas to grilled halloumi, croquettes, seasonal dishes and breads fresh from our ovens — everything is made for sharing around the table.

If you only know us for breakfast, coffee and lunch, come and discover a different side of Faire. ❤️

We’ll be closed on Saturday 3rd October in the evening as we’re hosting a private event.

We’re still open as usual from 8am–4pm for breakfast, lunch, coffee, cakes and all your FAIRE favourites.

Thank you for understanding, and we’ll be back to our usual evening service next week! 🤍

Nearly 3 years of Faire @ 190… and somehow there are still people in Berkhamsted who don’t know we’re here. 😅
So, if that’s you — hello! 👋 We’d really love you to come and give us a try.
We’re much more than just a coffee and cake kind of place. We make as much as we can from scratch, every day, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and a wide variety of food to suit all kinds of tastes. From breakfast and lunch to homemade sourdough, freshly baked pastries, cakes, salads, sandwiches and plenty of veggie-friendly options — there’s always something good to choose from.
We care about where our food comes from too. We support local suppliers and small businesses wherever we can, while keeping things homemade, fresh and full of flavour. ❤️
