Last nights and tonights bread for evening service made by Cake Shed in Benllech, dam good bread. 😋

Warm smoked salmon, courgette and avacado mousse on focaccia bread.

Main.
Roast breast of duck, crushed butternut, roasted shallots and french beans red wine sauce.

Pudd.
Pineapple upside down delice with roasted coconut.
