Born and raised in the culinary capital of Pampanga, “Mekeni” 🥰, Chef Gary’s journey is truly inspiring. He was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and came from a humble family with very little to offer. But through dedication, hard work, perseverance, and a smart mind, he earned everything he has achieved today.
With decades of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Gary has built an impressive career working in fine dining restaurants across Kuwait and Belfast.
His journey includes being Head Chef at renowned restaurants in Kuwait, including prestigious Italian fine dining establishments. Here in Belfast, he has shared his passion and creativity with well-known venues✨✨✨✨where he brings fine dining-style brunch presentation and creativity to every plate.
Chef Gary brings not only experience and skill to the kitchen, but also a true passion for cooking that can be tasted in every dish he creates. Many say his hands were simply born with magical flavour. 🍽️🔥
