The last Pie & Drip of the summer ! 🥧 ☕️

We have a Caramel Custard Pie today - on a shortcrust pastry base, topped with chantilly cream and a hunk of honeycomb. This one is for those who love it sweet!

Pair with Divino Niño drip filter, the #1 coffee in the cafe. Happy Sunday, everyone!

Blueberry Mint Iced Tea 🧊🫐

Syrup made in-house with real blueberries, served with our iced steeped blend of peppermint & green Sencha tea.

Sweet (but not too sweet!) and very refreshing, it’ll see us through these last warm days of summer ☀️

Did you know that we make all our own syrups?

If you’re familiar with our bar, you’ll know we like to keep things simple with brown sugar syrup, maple syrup, or honey, as the sweetening options to our drinks. But every so often, a special seasonal matcha will appear on our menu!

For this one, we’re using a syrup that we cook up in house, with blueberries, sugar, and chamomile tea leaves. A lovely end-of-summer treat for the matcha drinkers, especially those who like a fruity twist.

It can be served iced, or hot, with the milk of your choice (whole milk, skinny, oat, or coconut).

Enjoy it for this limited time! 🍵🫐

Pie and Drip~ 🥧☕

The clouds are out but our pie is shining bright today!
Today, we have a lovely Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Pie, whipped cream topped with a house made toffee syrup and honeycomb.

Pairs super well with the toffee and apple notes of our Divino Niño drip. Honestly, come down and have a try! It's not too sweet ✌️

You may have noticed there’s a new #1 on the block…

This is Divino Niño, our current #1 coffee in the cafe. It’s a washed Colombian, sourced through Osito Coffee. Round-bodied and sweet, we taste berry-acidity on espresso, smooth caramel with milk, and plummy, nutty notes as a filter coffee.

As the go-to coffee in the cafe, it stays strong across the range of brew methods, with its balanced flavours giving you exactly what you need in your daily cup of coffee. Everyone will taste something different though, so we invite you to try it for yourself and hear what you taste!

Available as any espresso-based drink, as a batch filter, and as retail bags for you to brew and drink at home.
