We have a Caramelised Peach Baked Cheesecake today for Pie & Drip! We’re loving stone fruit season, so it’s peaches and cream all the way. Lots of cinnamon and brown sugar notes in this one, on top of an all butter shortcrust pastry base. Delicious.

New dates are up for our Espresso and Brew Classes! 

In the Espresso Class you'll learn dialling in, troubleshooting and the foundations of steaming milk and latte art. The class is hands on and you can even bring your own machine to get set up, your questions answered and problems solved on the spot. 

The Brew Class is tailored to learn how to get the most out of your filter brew at home. We'll be tasting different coffees, chatting through our preferences, and brewing up filters in three different methods ourselves with some surprises in the mix 👀

This is Danielle. She’s not one to jump in the spotlight, but we think it’s time to show you who’s been the motor behind the kitchen at Established for the past few years now. As we’re looking to expand our Back of House team, let us introduce you to the manager of the kitchen - our head chef.

Danielle has been working in kitchens for over a decade, in Ireland, Britain, and Australia. Her values as a chef are all about alignment with the season, and quality over quantity, when it comes to ingredients for one dish. As a head chef, she fosters an environment of collaboration, encouraging experiments from all chefs, and taking inspiration from her own curiosity to build new ideas. If you join our kitchen team, you’ll learn under Danielle’s expertise and guidance, and gain skills through service, pastry, and brunch menu development.

Our kitchen is small, but Danielle has made it mighty, as the power house she is. The type of person who pushes herself to never stop learning, trying, and achieving, we’re lucky to have her. So if you’re looking to develop your career in the culinary world, and you want to make sure your boss is a good egg - we highly recommend working with Danielle.

we've got a pie packed with fresh summer flavours today - a Blueberry and Apricot Cheesecake topped with Citrussy Cream. Pairs super well with our caramel queen Villamaria on filter.

Flash Brew! A cold drip coffee, it’s a delicious alternative to an iced americano or cold brew, and it retains the nuanced tasting notes of the coffee, that can be lost in the long-steeped process of the traditional cold brew. It’s refreshing, juicy, and far too easy to drink. Perfect for this week… 🌞

Happy Pie & Drip Day! 🍫 🍒 🥧 ☕️

Here’s James having a taste of this week’s pie - a chocolate cheesecake with cherry compote baked through for a slightly fruity twist in an altogether delicious pie.
It’s also Father’s Day, as well as the Summer Solstice! So whether you want to treat your dad to a Pie & Drip, or grab a slice for yourself to celebrate the longest day of the year, our pies will be available from 12pm until sell-out and the coffee will be ready as always.

Two eggs, poached or fried, with sourdough toast, and customised with our selection of sides. Our aim is, and always has been, to select only the highest quality of ingredients we can find- and serve it well, and reliably, every day.
