Across both the Newry and Belfast stores, these incredible women help create the warm welcomes, genuine conversations and special moments that make Nine Squared feel like more than just a coffee shop.

Their passion, attention to detail, and the care they show for each other, the team and every customer make Nine Squared the place it is today. They truly are the heartbeat of Nine Squared.

We’re growing our team and are on the lookout for some amazing people to join us on a part-time or full-time basis.

At Nine Squared, we’re a values-led coffee shop looking for front-of-house baristas who love people, thrive in a team, and want to grow in the coffee industry.

Experience is welcome but not essential. We’re ultimately looking for great people with the right attitude, and we’ll teach you how to make great coffee along the way.

You’ll join a fun, fast-paced environment with ongoing training and development, a 4-day working week full time (38 hours), clear progression opportunities, staff discount, no evening shifts, and unlimited coffee at work.
