Cuban Sandwich Factory operates at 93 Botanic Avenue and St George's Market where we started in 2012. We provide take away and sit-in in our shop and we will provide outside catering and delivery services in 2016. All recipes are authentic Cuban recipes passed down from generation to generation. The secret of Cuban Sandwich Factory's success rests on the shoulders of three giants: Authenticity, Pa

ssion and Staff Dedication. Some of our ingredients are imported from France, Spain, the Caribbean and Asia. Cuban food has a combination of Spanish, African, French and Asian influence, blended under the rhythm of the sun and Cuban music. Added to this mix are ingredients like salted cured beef (Reuben Cuban) and pickled cabbage and gherkins brought to Cuba by Jewish immigrants from Poland and Spain. Buen apetito!

1. Roast pork marinated with lemon and spices brought from Africa by the enslaved Yoruba tribes.

2. Gherkins , Mustard and Swiss Cheese brought to the Americas by Jewish and Dutch traders.

3. Sliced Ham from Spain.

So the NI weather isn’t quite keeping up with everywhere else but come down to CSF for some tropical vibes.

We want to sincerely apologise to our loyal customers for being closed today. Due to the riots in Belfast, we made the difficult decision to shut our doors to keep our diverse team safe, also Deliveroo drivers and you our customers.
Our heart goes out to all the victims of violence and racism in our communities right now.

As a minority-owned business, we know firsthand the pain and fear that hate and division cause. We stand firmly against any form of violence, racism, or intimidation — and against anyone who tries to tear our community apart.

We believe in respect, unity, integration and looking out for one another.
