Our menu is a diverse mix of dishes from across India, but strongly influenced by North Indian cooking — especially the Punjab region. Each dish, with its sophisticated and subtle blend of spices and herbs, is prepared by our award–winning chefs. House specialities include Khayber Special Korma – a modern korma laced with a choice of liquor, and Khayber Supreme Masala – lamb and chicken, smothered in rich creamy sauce. We also offer Tandoori, Balti, Biryani and Tikka dishes all with your choice of chicken, lamb, prawn or vegetable.

One of our most popular dishes — and for very good reason. 🔥🦐

Our Tandoori King Prawns are prepared and cooked by our tandoor chef, Bishnu, bringing together succulent king prawns, bold spices and the intense heat of the tandoor.

Indian and Pakistani cooking is a celebration of colour, flavour and spice. 🌶️✨

From rich, vibrant curries and fragrant rice to fresh herbs, warming spices and colourful sides — every dish brings something different to the table.

At The Khayber, we believe food should look every bit as good as it tastes. Bold colours, big flavours and a table made for sharing.

Into the kitchen with Chef Abdul as he shows us how we make one of our favourites at Khayber — Saag Paneer.

A classic dish built around paneer, a traditional Indian cheese, cooked through a rich, spiced spinach base until everything comes together into something beautifully creamy, savoury and full of flavour.

From preparing the spinach and building the spices to adding the paneer and finishing the dish, Chef Abdul takes us through the process behind a proper Saag Paneer.

Simple ingredients, expert hands and decades of experience. This is how we do it at Khayber.

Proud to support a community doing something genuinely positive. ❤️

Nisar caught up with Liam from Rewired for Freedom after we had the pleasure of welcoming the guys into The Khayber for some food following their walk.

Every Tuesday at 7pm, the Rewired for Freedom community meets at Belfast Castle for a walk around Cave Hill — bringing people together to connect, support one another and take positive steps forward.

We were only too happy to play a small part this time around, and next time we’ll be swapping the kitchen for the walking boots and joining the guys ourselves. 🙌

Tuesday. 7pm. Belfast Castle. Everyone’s welcome.
