12 years ago today we were heading into our biggest service, the first one! Our dream was to create something new and exciting, to bring a ⭐️ back to Belfast, a surprise tasting menu celebrating the seasons, local larder & producers. Our main ethos was to be better than yesterday! It still feels as new and exciting. A big thank you to all our crews over the years, suppliers and customers for allowing us to do what we do.
