Hereโ€™s a behind-the-scenes look at one of the many jobs we regularly carry out to make sure our customers get the highest quality food possible ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณโœจ

We frequently deep clean and change our fryers/pans to ensure every portion is cooked to the perfect golden colour and tastes exactly how it should โค๏ธ

Itโ€™s a greasy, tough and not-so-glamorous jobโ€ฆ but definitely satisfying once itโ€™s finished ๐Ÿ˜…

We used to bring in an external company to do this, but quickly realised nobody cares about our standards as much as we do. Now we do the full job ourselves to make sure itโ€™s done properly from start to finish ๐Ÿ’ช

First, the old oil/beef dripping is removed. Then the pans are thoroughly scrubbed and degreased inside and out. After that, all chemicals are flushed away using boiling water before the pans are dried and refilled with what we call the โ€œwhite goldโ€ โ€” fresh beef dripping ๐Ÿฅ”โœจ

All of this is done to make sure we continue serving the best quality food possible to our customers โค๏ธ
