ed in the Belfast Newsletter as being one of the terminals for the Belfast to Dublin Mail Coach. The downstairs bar has its original mahogany counter with its old terrazzo floor. The Morning Star is a must for anyone anxious to see “a living museum piece of old Belfast”. We offer ‘real food’, prepared and served by professional staff. The menu enclosed is a small representation of what we offer from our kitchen daily. We prepare our meals from produce sourced locally using the best of our supplier and growers. We specialise in fresh local produce, fresh fish and seasonal vegetables. Our beef and steaks are all from Quality Assured stock. We cook only in butter, olive oil or low cholesterol vegetable oil and use only free range eggs.
