From Napoli to Belfast

The oven delivery was one of those moments we’ll probably remember forever — at least I know I will.

Our custom-made oven, handcrafted in Napoli, finally arrived in Belfast, at Viti. ❤️‍🔥

It hasn’t been an easy journey. We’ve had delays, setbacks and plenty of disappointment along the way. But finally, on a rainy Monday night at around 9pm, it arrived. After a couple of hours, the team at got it in without even a floor tile breaking . The oven and telehandler stayed here over night (if it doesn’t work out as a pizzeria, at least we can make a garage🤣) and on Tuesday, they continued to get the oven into the corner at the perfect angle.

After hours of stress, sweat and a little suffering, our oven — the heart of our restaurant — is finally here.

And now, the countdown begins… ⏳🍕

More photos and videos of the oven coming soon. We’re incredibly proud to have had our oven custom-made for us in Napoli by one of the city’s most respected and renowned traditional oven builders

I honestly can’t wait to start making pizzas again.

Viti is getting closer. ❤️

We can’t recommend enough. Chris organised everything from start to finish and made a very difficult delivery look so easy.
