An update from us ❤️

Unfortunately, Tiffin Box Café remains temporarily closed following the hit-and-run that caused significant damage to our premises.

We know it’s been a while, and believe us when we say we want our doors open again just as much as you do. We are continuing to cooperate fully with the police and are working behind the scenes every day to move things forward.

Sadly, the process involving third parties and insurers has been much slower and more challenging than we had hoped, and there are parts of the situation that are simply outside of our control.

But we’re not giving up. 🤍 We’re doing everything we can to get the café repaired, safe and ready to welcome you all back.

Thank you for every message, call, share and kind word. Your support genuinely means so much to us during such a difficult time.

💔 Important Update

Today, at around 12:00 pm, Tiffin Box Café was the victim of a hit-and-run. A vehicle crashed into the front of our café, causing significant damage to our shutters, the front of the building, and the inside of the café.

Thankfully, nobody was injured, and for that we are incredibly grateful.

The incident has been reported to the police, and we are now working closely with them, our landlord, and our insurance company.

Due to the extent of the damage, we will be closed until further notice while repairs are carried out and the café is made safe again.

This café has been built with so much love, and seeing it like this is absolutely heartbreaking. We truly appreciate everyone’s kind messages, support, and understanding during this difficult time.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we know more and hope to welcome you all back through our doors as soon as possible.
