Summer hasn't quite finished just yet!! It has been our busiest summer ever in Gnostic with our wild mushroom and ricotta stuffed ghnocci being one of our most popular small plates. Only two more weeks left to come try it before we switch things up to a very exicting and seasonal Autumnal menu. But don't worry, the stuffed ghnocci is staying..with a little Gnostic twist as always 🫶

Our Summer Menu is in full swing. This is one of our most popular sharing plates so far. Prawn paella arrancini served with a tomato & chorzio jam and a saffron & lemon aioli. Come down give it a try, if you havn't already.

A bittersweet appreciation post as we all said our goodbyes tonight to our bartender Jac on his final shift before he moves to Australia on Monday to start the next chapter of his life. Jac epitomises everything good about what we want to provide for our customers at Gnostic. Knowledgeable, friendly, talented, humble and just a general love and passion for hospitality. We will all miss him dearly and for any of you who have been in you will know all about how good he is at his job. We wish him all the success and good fortunes for Australia and look forward to welcoming him back maybe some day in the future..even though he says hes never coming back!!

We now have the difficult task of replacing Jac..so if there is anyone out there who would love to join a talented, caring, drama free team who all work hard for each other..then please feel free to drop a message or share this to someone who would be perfectly suited for Gnostic.

A little look at our very popular dessert section of the Spring menu...those without a sweet tooth may look away now!!

All our desserts are made in house by our talented team of chefs. We have already got our summer dessert options confirmed for 30th June so you just have 4 weeks to come try one of these before they are gone.

Dolce de leite tart : Think the flavours of bannofee..but better!! Banana ice cream to go along with a creamy mascarpone tart infused with dolce de leite and a dolce de leite drizzle over the top

Tiramichoux : Our little version of a tiramisu using a choux bun to replace the traditional lady fingers. Still packed full of all those familiar flavours and textures of tiramisu..a clear favourite so far.

Rhubarb and Custard Mille-Feuille : Layers of buttery baked puff pastry filled with a vanilla creme pat and a rhubarb compote
