WE’RE HIRING | SOUS CHEF👨‍🍳

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Millies Dunmurry.

Working alongside our Head Chef, the successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards across food quality, preparation and service, while supporting and developing the wider kitchen team.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a senior kitchen role, who is organised, reliable and passionate about delivering consistently high-quality food.
