一碟看似簡單的咕嚕肉，背後其實是老派粵菜的功夫。

我們的傳統咕嚕汁以新鮮橙、檸檬、西芹、洋蔥等材料熬製，取其天然果香與酸甜味，再配上即叫即炒、外脆內嫩的肉。

有些做法比較花時間，但經典的味道，值得保留。

At TOTO, we still prepare our sweet & sour sauce the traditional Cantonese way — using fresh orange, lemon and vegetables to build its natural fruity, sweet and tangy flavour.

No shortcuts to a classic. Just the Cantonese flavours we grew up with. ❤️

Traditional Cantonese dishes, handmade dim sum and roast meats are served daily.
Suckling pig, abalone and special banquet dishes are also available to pre-order.

On Monday, 27 July, we have a private booking in the afternoon.

🍽️ Dine-in guests are kindly requested to finish their meals by 1:30 pm.

Dine-in service will be unavailable from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm while we accommodate the private booking.

Normal dine-in service will resume from 5:00 pm.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
