Not exactly how I wanted to start the new year, however due to unforeseen work commitments and upcoming exams I will unfortunately be taking a little break from all things cake related as I really don’t have the time to fit anything else into my days! As soon as life returns to normal I will let all my wonderful customers know and will hopefully be back to letting my creative side run wild again soon! 🎂🍰🧁

This week has been a crazy busy week for cakes! With cakes not being my full time job I usually only take on 1 a week however due to my serious bad planning and inability to say no I had 5 orders, all of which I must admit I was looking forward to creating! First up was this super cute Peter rabbit themed christening cake for the beautiful baby Isla! Chocolate orange bottom tier and vanilla sponge top tier, hand painted grass on both tiers and Peter Rabbit and Jemima Puddle Duck taking centre stage!
